It is an offence to sell or supply liquor to a person under the age of 18 years, or to obtain liquor on behalf of a person under the age of 18 years.

Delivery

Delivery is by Australia Post or Fastway Courier. We will dispatch orders within three working days – to allow for weekends and public holidays. Delivery takes between 2 days for capital cities, or up to 14 days for more remote areas.

If property is not attended a card will be left with contact details to arrange pick up or re-delivery. Wine cannot be delivered to unattended premises.

Delivery instructions are used as a guide for contract delivery drivers and we are unable to guarantee they will be followed on all occasions.

Delivery enquiries can be directed through Cellar Door on 08 8563 6408 Monday to Friday where we also offer a parcel tracking service.

International freight is available to selected countries through Australia Post International Wine delivery and can be organised through Cellar Door on 08 8563 6408 Monday to Friday.

Our Policies

Customer Service Policy

If damages occur, damaged parcels will be re-despatched on confirmation from the delivery company. On the rare occasion that we have sold out of damaged products a replacement of equal or greater value will be issued.

On the rare occasion of faulty wines being received a replacement of equal or greater value product will be despatched.

Freight is charged and despatched by the dozen unless specified. We occasionally offer limited stock or limited release wines, if we have sold out and unable to fulfil your order.

we will contact you promptly within 4 days to discuss replacement or removal of these products from your order.

Privacy Policy

Personal details may be disclosed to a third party to manage promotional activities. Cockatoo Ridge instructs these third parties to use this personal information only for the specific purpose of promotion and sales activities conducted by Cockatoo Ridge Wines.
